KEEP YOUR HAIR SHINY & HEALTY

Every woman wants a healthy, shiny and manageable hair. The best remedy for dry damaged hair is to change your habit, from styling agent, diet, and hard chemicals. Here are some step by step to get a shiny and healthy hair.
1. Get a TRIM - The best way, to keep your hair healthy is to cut of all the aplit ends.
2. Get a GOOD Shampoo & Conditioner - find one specifically for "Color Treated" hair. If you're going blonde, I recommend using a purple shampoo. I recommend RedKen Blonde Glam.
3.Hair Masks!! - Invest in a good mask, a deep conditioning mask with restorative properties!! L'Oreal Professional series are the best.
6. Cold Rinse - Want your color to last longer? Stop taking scolding hot showers, rinse your hair with cooler temperature water and it won't fade as fast.
COLOR TREATMENT

Use mild, color-treated shampoo and conditioner. Most shampoos bottles will state if they are designed for color treated hair.
Use a moisture-rich conditioner. Dyed hair tends to be dry and straw-like. Don't hate your hair for it--nurture it.
Wash your hair in the coldest water you can stand. Hot water dries out hair and skin, leaving it dull. Cold water will not only help you keep your color but also help you keep your health and shine.
Avoid harsh soaps, chemicals (especially chlorine), and any shampoo that specializes in "clean" hair.
If your hair is particularly vibrant keep out of extended periods of exposure to sunlight and salt water. Sunlight has been known to work somewhat as a natural bleach, so be careful if you have any long beach trips.
STYLE YOUR HAIR DAILY

Braid your hair. Braiding is quick and easy once you learn the technique, and provides a pretty way of keeping hair out of your face. Try a basic braid, French braid, rope braid or fishtail braid to get started.
Try an up-do. Up-dos involve bringing most or all of the hair away from the face and up from the neck, and can be done in a variety of ways. Try a messy bun, a traditional bun, or a tight ballerina-style bun.
Spike Your Hair. If your hair is shorter, spiking it can add more definition and volume. Use hair gel, mousse, hair wax, or another similar product that will provide the desired level of hold.
